All proceeds from the sale of the tickets go to The Nilgiris Foundation to support the meaningful work and outreach in the areas of eco-development, and conservation across the Nilgiris Biosphere Reserve. Guided Forest Walk With Irula Famers and Traditional Irula Meal

  •  Guided forest & village walk led by experienced Irula farmers 
  •  A traditional meal prepared with largely foraged, seasonal ingredients and locally cultivated ancient grains, cooked by Irula community members who are exceptional farmers, growers, and beekeepers
  •  Learn about traditional practices, foraging in the wild and meet the tribal cultivators, seed keepers, and beekeepers while discussing revival issues, nutrition, and the importance of their traditional practices.
